The Retreat really is the ultimate frypan. Its sandwich aluminum base allows for even heat transfer while the dome stainless steel lid fits in nicely helping to seal in flavour and nutrients during the cooking process. The Bakelite stay cool handle and knob are ergonomically designed for your comfort and there's a steam vent in the knob allowing steam to exit so you can control the cooking environment inside.
