Simply send an email to rewardclaims@oo.com.au with your Velocity Membership Number, Order Number and Order Total within 30 days of placing the order and we will allocate the Velocity Points you have earned on every item you have purchased to your Velocity Membership Account.

Please note that Velocity Points are not awarded for dollars paid for delivery charges or other surcharges (if applicable). Velocity Points are only earned on the product amount paid for.
