This product comes with a 12 month warranty.

If you wish to extend the standard warranty simply choose your desired extension period from the dropdown warranty list above and the price of the warranty extension will be added to your order.

You may return any product purchased at oo.com.au for an exchange if you are not satisfied with the fit or the colour or for any other reason, subject to our returns policy. All products are the genuine item. Please read our returns policy for full details.

Delivery

Our products are typically despatched from our warehouse between 1 to 3 business days from receipt of payment.

Nearly all of our orders are despatched quickly. We don't like you to wait for your purchases. In fact over 90% of deliveries to major metro areas across Australia arrive within 5 business days from the day we confirm payment (that's same day for credit card and PayPal orders). If you live in a regional area then we suggest you allow up to 4 additional days for your goods to arrive.

Deliveries to New Zealand are sent in weekly batches. These orders typically take between 4 and 10 days from the date of order to delivery.

Easy to use and set up and the motehr in law even fund it easy to use. However I purchased an 8Gig USB memory stick to store all the photos and it did not work, I had to purchase a 2Gig and this worked fine. Nothing in the manuals or online would tell me why this was the case.

I have mostly used this item as a "spare" DVD player - although it is a very good digi-frame too. I leave it set up in a spare bedroom. My grandson, who is three and a Harry Potter fanatic loves to snuggle up in bed and watch Harry all by himself with no interference from grown-ups or his sister.
