Zilzie Estate S23 Sauvignon Blanc 2009: Zilzie Vineyards thrive in the rich, red loam and limestone strata of the Murray Darling, and the resulting fruit quality is reflected in the elegant profile of their wines. Zilzie is committed to producing high quality, value wines with an emphasis on fresh fruit flavours, character and style. This sprightly Savvy has juicy fresh passionfruit aromatics and a lovely juicy, yet definitively dry palate. Freshness plus.

Sarantos Merlot: This wine was aged on French Oak to allow the oak flavours to meld with fruit flavours, creating a lovely rounded red wine. The result is a vibrant deep crimson colour and the nose displays notes of raspberry, plum, dark cherry and fruits of the forest. You will also witness some hints of clove, cinnamon, almond, herbs and blueberry. The palate displays berry, plum with subtle hints of cedar. Medium bodied with bright fruit and firm tannins. It has great length and a very subtle cream oak finish. A brilliant jewelled red colour announces the abundant plum, berry and violet characters. The soft, juicy and generous flavours are wonderfully rich with a soft tannin structure supporting the vibrant fruit. The ideal partners for Sarantos Merlot are seasoned roast chicken, pasta and Mediterranean seafood dishes including Tuna Risotto.

The Puppeteer Shiraz (06): Puppeteer Shiraz has a spicy mid palate combining black cherry and clove influences with French oak. This wine is ample with silky tannins and a lingering finish.

Tyrone Estate Chardonnay 2009: (Riverland, South Australia) Brightly fruited, peachy and sun kissed Chardonnay from South Australia, this modern and crisp Chardy style is crafted to be drunk young and fresh with simple, refreshing fruit flavours.
