Standard Warranty
For 2 years from the time of purchase we will, if we believe your appliance has a manufacturing fault, come to your home in our service area and repair.
This does not include instructions on operation [see Instruction Visit]. Our warranty is restricted to use of our products in normal domestic situations. It does not cover consequential work.

Service area
We have service agents in all capital cities and most regional towns throughout Australia. Should you be outside this area we can still send an agent but you may need to cover the costs of travel or take the appliance to our agent.

Instruction Visit
We can send a qualified person to help you with the operation of your appliance/s. Costs for this service start from $100.
