Regrettably, our website "Payment Gateway" does not accept Bankcards through the normal Orders channel. However, we can MANUALLY process your Bankcard, please call our hotline on 1300 132 151 (or +612 8336-6788 from New Zealand), between 8:30am and 5:30pm AEST, Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays), and a Customer representative will assist you with your order. Please note that while we do not charge to assist you over the telephone to place your order via the web, if we place the order for you, an administration fee of $5 applies.
