Hillsview Blue Label Shiraz Cab 2004, South Australia: Rich, full flavours that belie the modest packaging.A round and full-bodied style displaying the quality of South Australian Shiraz combined with the rich and flavoursome berry characters of the Langhorne Creek Cabernet fruit. The rich, soft and fleshy palate is enhanced by crimson colours retained during the fermentation process with spicy fruit balanced by soft grape tannins.

Red Stone Ridge Shiraz 2006, Hunter Valley NSW : A typically medium bodied, earthy and fairly meaty style of Shiraz showing interesting complex Hunter earth characters.

Starfish Cab Sauv 2005, South East Australia: The palate is medium bodied with sweet blackberry fruit and soft mint characters interwoven with vanilla oak and smoothly with soft round mellow tannins and acidity. Ideal with lamb, beef,venison and cold meats. This is great value at $7.50 per bottle of wine.
