Hideaway Bay Chardonnay 2007, South East Australia: A light and peachy Chardonnay that emphasises freshness and clean fruit,
with just a smidgin of oak.
Starfish Cab Sauv 2005, South East Australia: The palate is medium bodied with sweet blackberry fruit and soft mint
characters interwoven with vanilla oak and smoothly with soft round mellow
tannins and acidity. Ideal with lamb, beef,venison and cold meats.
McWilliams River Gum Sem Sauv Blanc 2007, South East Australia: A very simple, fruity, fresh dry white that is all about crisp, grapey flavours. Drink it well chilled on a warm afternoon.
Zilzie Estate S23 Sauv Blanc 2008, Victoria: A cracking little straight Sauv Blanc. It very hard to find good straight Sauv Blanc at this price. This is a ripper!!!! Yet to be shown on the show circuit, this has huge medal winning potential in its category. Great with seafood of any sorts as we warm up into the spring months.
