All emails, invoices, delivery notifications and other communications are done directly with you (you enter your details in the "bill to address"). You direct us to ship the goods to your customer whose details you enter in the "ship to address".

All your customer receives is the parcel with the item(s) they have ordered inside. They do not receive any paperwork, pricing, delivery notification or anything else. In fact, even the postal label does not identify that the parcel came from oo.com.au - unlike some of our competitors who put their name on the delivery address.

There are a few things you need to keep in mind:

• We need "ship to" mailing addresses at the time of purchase. Ship to addresses are not able to be changed once your order is approved

All product images and information details on our website are protected under the Copyright Laws of Australia and New Zealand. However, if you are using us as a drop shipper, it has been our practice not to prevent our drop shippers from using these images and information details to market our products to their customers. We do however reserve our rights to under these laws to legally restrict people from doing so in the future.

We do recommend that, as much as possible, you amend our product information and the way you display our stock on your site (especially on ebay) in order to differentiate yourself from others also reselling our products.

Wherever you have used content that is the intellectual property of oo.com.au you may not pass this information off as your own, nor may you use it for purposes other than using us as a drop ship service for your sales.

Unlike with other online sellers who do not allow for the transfer of warranties, with us this is not a problem. The warranty that came with the product we sold you may be passed onto your customer if you are using us as a drop shipper or even if you just sell your goods onto someone else.

If your customer is able to provide us with the original invoice number under which we sold the item to you, then we will honour the warranty to you and you can pass your rights to your customer as you wish.

If your customer is going to return the item directly to us, they need to follow the normal returns processes as laid out in our Warranty and Returns section.

No, you do not. Anyone is welcome to purchase from us, even from our Wholesale Bulk Lots.

We are regularly looking for quality products from suppliers, who have quality merchandise available at a price where we can on-sell to our customers and they can enjoy a great saving to the prices those items are selling for in retail stores, and of course where we can also make a reasonable margin in doing so. We consider ongoing and overstocked lines. We buy all sorts of products, as you can see from the category links on our website and a range of quantities. If you do have interest in supplying to us, we do require that what you offer us:

Can be offered to our customers at a substantial discount to prices in retail stores
Is a well recognised brand or of a quality that would be considered ‘good value’ at the prices being sold in retail stores
Has good consumer appeal
Allows us a reasonable retail margin
Would travel reasonably well to our customers through the post
