This product comes with a warranty covered by either oo.com.au or the supplier of this product.

You may return any product purchased at oo.com.au for an exchange if you are not satisfied with the fit or the colour or for any other reason, subject to our returns policy. All products are the genuine item. Please read our returns policy for full details.

Delivery

Our products are typically despatched from our warehouse between 1 to 3 business days from receipt of payment.

Nearly all of our orders are despatched quickly. We don't like you to wait for your purchases. In fact over 90% of deliveries to major metro areas across Australia arrive within 5 business days from the day we confirm payment (that's same day for credit card and PayPal orders). If you live in a regional area then we suggest you allow up to 4 additional days for your goods to arrive.

Deliveries to New Zealand are sent in weekly batches. These orders typically take between 4 and 10 days from the date of order to delivery.

Comments about Onkaparinga Quilt Cotton Japara Cover Queen Machine Washable:

This was a Christmas Gift to my daughter to go with her new bed and bedding. She tells me it was lovely and cool in summer and beautiful and warm now that the weather is getting cooler. I also have an Onkapringa and as long as I can afford it, will always buy the Onkapringa brand.
