• OwnCal: Polar's OwnCal feature is the most accurate calorie expenditure measurement in existence. This feature calculates your total calorie expenditure during exercise. It also shows you what Percentage of these calories expended came from fat.
• OwnCode: If you are exercising in groups where there are others using heart rate monitors, you will need the Polar OwnCode feature. The coded transmission ensures that your receiver shows your own heart rate, not that of your neighbors
• OwnZone: The Polar OwnZone feature automatically calculates a safe and effective personalised exercise zone based on your individual heart rate response. By stepping through a warm up, the OwnZone feature detects the natural variability of your heart rate and calculates a zone that is appropriate for you that day, all in less than 5 minutes. This process ensures you are always exercising in the most efficient way possible and as a result you will achieve better physical condition and get more enjoyment from exercise.
• OwnIndex: Fitness testing has never been this easy. The Polar OwnIndex feature is a 5-minute test, performed whilst lying down, that conveniently assesses your aerobic fitness level without any exertion. This simple measurement can be done regularly to reliably check your condition and keep you on track to achieve your exercise goals.
• Keeps U Fit: The Polar Keeps U Fit own workout program gives you personal guidance an how often, how hard, and how long you need to exercise to reach your personal fitness goals. After determining your current fitness level with the OwnIndex Fitness Test the Keeps U Fit feature creates a personal workout program dependent upon your desired result You decide whether you want to maintain improve or maximise your current fitness level and Keeps U Fit does the rest.
