This product comes with a 12 month warranty.

You may return any product purchased at oo.com.au for an exchange if you are not satisfied with the fit or the colour or for any other reason, subject to our returns policy. All products are the genuine item. Please read our returns policy for full details.

Delivery

Our products are typically despatched from our warehouse between 1 to 3 business days from receipt of payment.

Nearly all of our orders are despatched quickly. We don't like you to wait for your purchases. In fact over 90% of deliveries to major metro areas across Australia arrive within 5 business days from the day we confirm payment (that's same day for credit card and PayPal orders). If you live in a regional area then we suggest you allow up to 4 additional days for your goods to arrive.

Deliveries to New Zealand are sent in weekly batches. These orders typically take between 4 and 10 days from the date of order to delivery.

good product with 1 major flaw

• Bargain price
• Cools room fast
• Economical
• Fairy efficient

Cons

• Needs H2o oveflow bottle
• Wheels need to be bigger

Best Uses

• Cooling small room quick

this unit cools a small area quickly and efficiently. the wheels need to be bigger so the water outlet doesnt spill onto the carpet. the tray supplied for catching water from the air con is useless. this unit needs a inbuilt water bottle in which the water is collected so it can be disposed of. This is the only fault i have found with this product at the moment. love almost every other feature about it. definately recomended but would be even better if this major fault is rectified
