This product comes with a 12 month warranty.

You may return any product purchased at oo.com.au for an exchange if you are not satisfied with the fit or the colour or for any other reason, subject to our returns policy. All products are the genuine item. Please read our returns policy for full details.

Delivery

Our products are typically despatched from our warehouse between 1 to 3 business days from receipt of payment.

Nearly all of our orders are despatched quickly. We don't like you to wait for your purchases. In fact over 90% of deliveries to major metro areas across Australia arrive within 5 business days from the day we confirm payment (that's same day for credit card and PayPal orders). If you live in a regional area then we suggest you allow up to 4 additional days for your goods to arrive.

Deliveries to New Zealand are sent in weekly batches. These orders typically take between 4 and 10 days from the date of order to delivery.

Great little product for a very low price.
Was really surprised at the excellent sound quality. Thought it would sound "tinny" but it was good to be proven wrong.

I did have some minor trouble at the start - trying to get the ipod to fit onto the connector. Then I discovered you can take out the inner white adapter and turn it around or leave it out completely (see photo).

All in all, a 4 star unit!!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
