This product comes with a warranty covered by either oo.com.au or the supplier of this product.

You may return any product purchased at oo.com.au for an exchange if you are not satisfied with the fit or the colour or for any other reason, subject to our returns policy. All products are the genuine item. Please read our returns policy for full details.

Delivery

Our products are typically despatched from our warehouse between 1 to 3 business days from receipt of payment.

Nearly all of our orders are despatched quickly. We don't like you to wait for your purchases. In fact over 90% of deliveries to major metro areas across Australia arrive within 5 business days from the day we confirm payment (that's same day for credit card and PayPal orders). If you live in a regional area then we suggest you allow up to 4 additional days for your goods to arrive.

Deliveries to New Zealand are sent in weekly batches. These orders typically take between 4 and 10 days from the date of order to delivery.

Comments about Portable Laptop Cushion with Flexible Lamp and Built In Cup Holder:

A great idea, very handy for reading, writing and other tasks and the flexible light is great, but a full sized laptop would cover most of the table, rendering the cup holder and light a little awkward. Perfectly sized for a netbook. The cushioning is soft and comfortable. Could be improved by better surface grip.
