You may return any product purchased at oo.com.au for an exchange if you are not satisfied with the fit or the colour or for any other reason, subject to our returns policy. All products are the genuine item. Please read our returns policy for full details.

Delivery

Our products are typically despatched from our warehouse between 1 to 3 business days from receipt of payment.

Nearly all of our orders are despatched quickly. We don't like you to wait for your purchases. In fact over 90% of deliveries to major metro areas across Australia arrive within 5 business days from the day we confirm payment (that's same day for credit card and PayPal orders). If you live in a regional area then we suggest you allow up to 4 additional days for your goods to arrive.

Deliveries to New Zealand are sent in weekly batches. These orders typically take between 4 and 10 days from the date of order to delivery.

Great easy to use product, the manual is all of 5 pages and real simple to understand.
I use it for business and pleasure, still shots and video are both good quality. Easy to switch between the two to take that still shot after a video and vise versa.
The only isses, would be to keep a very still hand with taking still shots, as they blurr easily. Also.....converting video files to a lower res, seams hard?? the files are far too big....23 / 32 / 70+ meg?? Yet to figure out how to either capture or convert files that are big in meg size?
Other than that, very happy with it.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
