Starting in Sydney in 1915, Bonds was established as an importing business by an American named George Alan Bond. Two years later the business evolved into a manufacturer of hosiery, then a few years later underwear.

With trademark products such as men’s cotton athletic singlets registered in 1920, the Bonds company was already on its way to establishing its iconic status that is boasts today.

Apart from singlets, Bonds also markets a variety of underwear, sleepwear and clothing garments for men, women and children. In addition to apparel, Bonds also has a popular range of bed linen.

Bonds’ has a strong community spirit and is proud of its continuing sponsorship of National Breast Cancer Australia and Australian ‘Nippers’.
