From the very beginning Esprit captured the very essence of youth, bringing a newness and style to the fashion scene. From the 60s to the present day, Esprit has achieved formidable success. In the early 70s the company was incorporated under the name Esprit de corp., with seven product lines created. The 90s saw Esprit enjoy worldwide expansion! Esprit was represented in 44 countries worldwide, and ranked 28th out of the 100 most recognised brands in the United States.

Today the Esprit brand is a worldwide lifestyle player: sold in five continents and 40+ countries, 640 freestanding stores and over 12,000 wholesale customers. More than 20,000 products are designed and manufactured each year for 12 product lines for women, men and children. Esprit also operates the Red Earth cosmetic brand which includes cosmetics, skin care and body care products.
