Jean-Paul Gaultier (born 24 April 1952) is a world famous French fashion designer and grand couturier (member of the French Chambre syndicale de la Haute Couture).

His collections and labels cover everything from ready-to-wear clothing, junior fashion, eyewear, designer handbags and shoes, and a very successful perfume range. Packaged in his signature torso-shaped bottle, Gaultier’s most famous perfume is the Le Classique for men and women.

Gaultier launched his first haute couture collection in 1997, which has been critically acclaimed since its beginnings, to today.

Jean-Paul Gaultier’s clients include Madonna, Nicole Kidman, Marion Cotillard, Mouna Ayoub, Liliane Bettencourt, Catherine Deneuve.
