We offer a wide range of payment options because we understand that you may have a wide range of personal preferences and payment preferences. Can I pay by Money Order or Cheque?
We accept money orders, but NOT cheques. For Money Orders, please make payment to "oo.com.au".

However, bear in mind that by the time your money order reaches our offices and your item is then dispatched, there could well be a lengthy delay in you taking receipt of your item. You may find it easier to pay via Direct Deposit, Bpay or Paypal if you do not have a credit card.

Your credit card details are entered into a secure page on the oo.com.au website and submitted directly and securely via the Payflow Pro Payment Gateway to Westpac Bank. Payflow Pro is a certified gateway partner of Westpac. If your credit card is approved we are notified and we continue to process your purchase. -
Is your site secure for Credit Card purchases?
Absolutely, 100% Yes. In fact more secure than if you use your credit card in a retail shop. We understand that in order for us to have a long-term relationship with you, we need to offer more than just great products at great bargain prices - we need to earn your trust. We have therefore gone to great lengths to provide you with the safest online shopping around - and you can confirm our claims for yourself .
Safe Information HandlingAll sensitive information you send us is encrypted in transit. If someone somehow attempts to read the sensitive information you send us then all they see is an unreadable (garbled) message. Why was my Credit Card declined?
Your credit card may have been declined due to the following reasons:1. Insufficient cleared Funds
2. Your card has expired
3. Incorrect CSC number, preventing transaction
completion (please refer to "What is my Credit Cards CSC number?" Click Here)
4. We do not except Diners cards, but we do accept American Express cards
5. Error message 23 appears and this may mean you are typing your credit card number with spaces. If you try entering your credit card number as a single number, without any spaces, you shouldn't have any further problems.
Should you be experiencing problems with your Credit Card payment, we recommend that you either fax through your order and credit card information to us on (02) 8345 4399 (or +612 8345 4399 from New Zealand) or phone our Customer Service Hotline between 9am and 5pm AEST at 1300 132 151 (or +612 8345 4388 from New Zealand), Mon-Fri and we will process your order manually.Please note that whilst we do not charge to assist you over the telephone to place your order via the web, if we place the order for you, an administration fee of $5 applies. -

Can I still purchase from you, if I don't want to give you my Credit Card details?
Yes you can. You can pay us using PayPal, BPAY, Direct Deposit or via Money Order.
Just so you know, if you do choose to pay by credit card, your credit card details are entered into a secure page on the oo.com.au website and submitted directly and securely via the Payflow Pro Payment Gateway to Westpac.
Payflow Pro is a certified gateway partner of Westpac. If your credit card is approved we are notified and we continue to process your purchase. The oo.com.au servers never see your credit card details. We are unable to access any credit card details, and we like it that way. -
Can I still purchase from you, if I do not have a Credit Card?
Yes you can, using either BPAY, or Direct Deposit. Like using a credit card, none of these cost you any extra. You can also pay by Money Order, which may cost you a bank processing fee. BPAY and Direct Deposit methods are cheaper, and quicker.If you would like to pay via BPAY you need to have either internet banking or phone banking set up with your bank. You can then simply use your internet or phone banking to pay via BPAY.If you would like to pay via a Bank Deposit, you can either instruct your bank through your online banking facility to transfer funds from your bank account to our bank account, or you can visit any Westpac branch and pay directly into our account. What is my Credit Cards CSC number?
Your CSC number is your Card Security Code, which is a 3 or 4 digit number printed on the back or the front of your credit card. As you may have noticed, we request the CSC number on your credit card during your Secure Checkout process, for your protection. The CSC number is an authentication scheme to help prevent fraud. Therefore, if your credit card number is provided with an incorrect CSC number, the transaction will not be approved.If you have a Visa or Mastercard the CSC number is located on the back of your card and it is 3 digits. On an American Express card the CSC number is located on the front of the card and is 4 digits. The CSC number is often also referred to as CVV number, CW2, CVC2 or CID number. -
Why was my Credit Card declined with Error 12
"Error 12" usually indicates that you've entered the CSC number for your card incorrectly. On most cards, the CSC number is printed on the back of the card, usually after the card number. On American Express cards, the 4 digit number is printed on the front of the card. The CSC number is an authentication scheme to help prevent fraud. If a credit card number is provided with an incorrect CSC number, the transaction will not be approved. -
What is BPAY?
BPAY is one of the safest payment methods available in Australia, as payments are made directly from your bank. It is also very convenient.
BPAY allows you to pay bills directly from your bank’s telephone banking or internet banking. Like doing a Direct Deposit, BPAY allows you to transfer money electronically to a chosen account.
To pay for an order with BPAY, simply place an order with us, and select BPAY as your payment method. We will send you an email advising you of a Biller Code and Reference Number.
Your next step is to access your bank's telephone banking or internet banking, and select the "pay a bill" or "BPAY" option. You can then enter your Biller Code, Reference Number and Payment Amount to pay for your order.
BPAY payments can take one to two business days to process.
If you have nominated BPAY as the payment method you would like to use, we will hold your order for 4 days until we receive your payment. Please ensure you make your BPAY transfer payment promptly, as after 5 days our system assumes you no longer want your item, so it cancels your order and returns the products you have selected to stock for sale to another customer. Most financial institutions in Australia have BPAY set up with their bank accounts by default. If you can't find a BPAY or "pay a bill" option in your bank's internet banking/telephone banking, or are having trouble with BPAY please contact your financial institution directly for further assistance.

Payments are processed through your internet banking of telephone banking facility. The invoices we send to you all include our BPAY biller code and a unique bill reference. Visit http://www.bpay.com.au/ for information on BPAY, and your own bank for further information on your internet banking and telephone banking facilities.

Do I need to advise you of my BPAY payment details?
If you select BPAY as your payment method, you will be provided with a BPAY reference number. When you make your BPAY payment you are prompted to enter a biller code and a payment reference, simply enter our biller code and your reference number into these fields and we will receive your payment and automatically associate it with your order.You won't need to notify us of your payment details, as we receive your payment automatically from your bank. Please allow 1-2 working days for your payment to reach us from your bank. -
Why haven't you processed my BPAY payment?
If we have not yet received your BPAY payment, please contact your financial institution to see if there have been any problems with the transaction. Your financial institution should be your first point of contact in this situation. -

You can either instruct your bank through your online banking facility to transfer funds from your bank account to our bank account, or you can visit any Westpac branch and pay directly into our account (BSB: 032010, A/C: 216266). Our bank account details are also provided on our invoices to you.

Can I change payment method in an order I've already submitted?
If you have chosen BPAY or Direct Deposit as your payment method then you are essentially allowed to checkout without paying. You will have up to 4 days in which to have your payment confirmed.Should you have a change of mind and prefer a different payment option within this 4 day period, please contact our finance department at financeadmin@oo.com.au with your Order number and they will help you through this change. -
Do your prices include GST?
We are an Australian Company and therefore all our items' prices include GST on sales to customers ordering from Australia. We will email a Tax Invoice to your nominated email address (as entered into the "Bill to" address details). We do not mail or email any Tax Invoices, picking slips, confirmations or anything other communications to the "ship to" address.
Orders placed by customers shopping from New Zealand do not include GST unless GST is payable on arrival of the order to New Zealand. If there are any GST or New Zealand Customs Duty implications, oo.com.au will cover these costs directly, so you as our customer will not have to pay anything more, nor will you face any delays in getting your order. -

How long does it take to confirm my payment?
It is our policy not to ship any items until payment is confirmed. Payments by Bpay or Direct Deposit may take up to 3 days to confirm.
In very rare circumstances our bank may ask us to get further verification on Credit Card payments from you. This will take the form of a refund to your Credit Card statement which we will require you to confirm back to us. This process is designed to prevent the unauthorized use of your Credit Card. This usually only takes a day to come through and then we will ensure your order is pushed to the front of the picking queue so that you do not encounter delays as a result of this verification process. -
Can I order on the web and then come in and pay for it and pick it up?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Orders placed through the web are only picked once they are paid for in full and approved. If you order through the web and then come to pick it up it will not be ready and waiting for you. What we will need to do when you come in, is cancel your original order through the web and then do a new order through our showroom registers and you will need to wait as we pick the order for your from our warehouse (usually no more than 10 minutes).
