Terms & Conditions:
- Of course the item we are pricing against must be brand new, as opposed to factory-reconditioned, soiled or demo models. Features, accessories, warranties, brand, model and colour must be the same.
- The seller offering the lower price must have the item in stock, and the seller must be a reputable establishment, and subject to the laws of Australia (i.e. be an Australian site to ensure you are protected by Australian consumer protection legislation). The Recommended Retail Price (RRP) is the suggested selling price that the manufacturer, distributor or importer provides to us at the time of our purchase of each product.
At the time of listing each item for sale, we do our own research to establish whether each suggested price is realistic. If we determine it is, then this is the price that we publish as our supplier's Recommended Retail Price.

This is an advance notification so you will have first option at purchasing that item before it sells out again.By signing up for an email alert for a particular item, it enables us to monitor interest and demand for a particular product. How long does the perfume fragrance last once applied?
Parfum : Lasts for more than 5 hours. Parfums are usually the most expensive as it contains very little alcohol. A little amount can last for a long time Eau de Parfum (EDP) : Lasts up to 4-5 Hours. It is more potent than Eau de Toilette however it is more expensive Eau de Toilette (EDT) : Lasts up to 2-3 Hours. Eau de Toilette's are most common on the market and is pretty much the standard strength across all perfume ranges Eau de Cologne : Lasts up to 2 Hours. What does the warranty on a watch cover?
Every watch sold by oo.com.au comes with a minimum 12 month warranty against manufacturer defects which is provided either by the manufacturer or oo.com.au. In many cases the warranty provided is greater than 12 months, please refer to each watches listing to see the warranty period.The minimum 12 month warranty on each watch covers manufacturer defects only. It does not cover wear and tear related defects, such as usage-related damage to the watch face, the strap or on any decorative features including diamantes. Defects to the watch strap or decorative features that are evident only within 21 days of purchase are covered by oo.com.au. The battery is covered for 3 months from purchase.Please note that to keep the warranty active on water resistant watches, if you do have the battery changed on your watch you must get the watch pressure tested to ensure there is no chance of water leakage into the watch. -
Can my usage of my watch affect the Water Resistance it offers?
There are several features that help make a watch water-resistant. The most important is the gaskets, or 0 rings-made of rubber, nylon or Teflon which form watertight seals at the joints where the crystal, case back and crown meet the watch case. If the watch is a chronograph, the chronograph pushers will also have gaskets.In addition, water-resistant watchcases are lined with a sealant, applied in the form of a quick-hardening liquid, which helps keep water out.Over time the gaskets can become contaminated or misshapen, cases become distored or crystals loosen or break. Without specific preventative maintenance, over time the seals will weaken and the effectiveness of the water resistance will reduce.Furthermore watches are NOT designed to be used around warm water or saunas. Warm water can cause the seals to expand and let water in. This can be seen by small precipitation on the watch glass. In most cases the precipitation will disappear and this most likely will not affect the watch functionality . If this does occur, to the extent permitted by law, it is not covered by warranty. If you are concerned about damage to the watch please take it to a watch repair to test / fix the seal. No warranty will cover watches that have been used in warm water or beyond their water resistance capabilities.Please note that to keep the warranty active on water resistant watches, if you do have the battery changed on your watch you must get the watch pressure tested to ensure there is no chance of water leakage into the watch. -
What does the Water Resistance Level on a watch mean?
Use these guidelines to choose the right water-resistant watch:
- Water Resistant: Watches that are marked “water resistant” that do not specify a depth rating are not designed to be submerged below the surface of water. They are designed only to protect against accidental exposure to water.
- 1 ATM: 10 metres/33 feet: Protected against accidental exposure to water; for example, splashes, perspiration or accidental immersion. It should not be submersed in any water.
- 3 ATM: 30 metres/100 feet: Suitable for everyday use. No swimming.
- 5 ATM: 50 metres/165 feet: Suitable for short periods of surface swimming. No diving or snorkelling.
- 10 ATM: 100 metres/330 feet: Suitable for swimming and snorkelling. No diving.
- 20 ATM: 200 metres/660 feet: Suitable for high-impact water sports and recreational scuba diving.
- Diver: 150-200 metres/500-660 feet: Suitable for deep-sea scuba diving.
The depth specified on the watch dial represents the results of tests done in the laboratory, not in the ocean. They refer to the depth at which a watch will keep out water if both watch and the water are perfectly motionless. These conditions, of course, are never achieved in a swimmer's or diver's environment. In real life, the movement of the wearer's arm through the water dramatically increases the pressure on the watch; so it cannot be worn to the depths indicated by lab testing machines.Please do not immerse watches below a water resistance of 200m into warm water as the seals may be insufficient or inadequate depending on your watch model.
