This product comes with a 12 month warranty.

You may return any product purchased at oo.com.au for an exchange if you are not satisfied with the fit or the colour or for any other reason, subject to our returns policy. All products are the genuine item. Please read our returns policy for full details.

Delivery

Our products are typically despatched from our warehouse between 1 to 3 business days from receipt of payment.

Nearly all of our orders are despatched quickly. We don't like you to wait for your purchases. In fact over 90% of deliveries to major metro areas across Australia arrive within 5 business days from the day we confirm payment (that's same day for credit card and PayPal orders). If you live in a regional area then we suggest you allow up to 4 additional days for your goods to arrive.

Deliveries to New Zealand are sent in weekly batches. These orders typically take between 4 and 10 days from the date of order to delivery.

Comments about iPod Docking Station with LCD Screen Remote Control AM/FM Radio and Alarm Clock Black:

Very good for Ipod dock and player but hopeless as a clock. Unit has a bright blue dispaly with thin black numbers that are very difficult to see in daylight and impossible at night. The blue display is like a neon ligth at night in a dark room. I now only use the system as an Ipod dock and player which was not what I wanted; so if you are after the clock radio Ipod dock all in one this is not the system you require.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
