In the unlikely event that you find a lower online or mass-circulation advertised price on an identical item sold by oo.com.au, we will not only match that price, we SMASH that price – by reducing our price by 120% of the difference!

Why are we prepared to do this? In essence, it is our job to know the cheapest prices so we can beat them. When you notify us of a super low price we have missed in our research, you are helping us do our job, and we believe you should be rewarded for this help.

There is nothing more frustrating than when you tell your friends what a great deal you got on your new purchase and they say it's available somewhere else cheaper.

So even if you find a lower price up to 7 days AFTER your purchase we will still apply our 120% Price Smash Policy.

1. The price, description and website link on the oo.com.au website of the item you are interested in
2. The price, description and website link of the same item on the site that is cheaper. Please ensure the link you send us goes directly to the item in question. If the link is only to the competitors homepage or category page please give concise instructions on how to find the item itself on their site
3. Please advise your name, contact details (phone and email address) and postcode to where the item will be shipped
4. Please confirm you have done a check to ensure the competitor is Reputable and that they are based in Australia. Please read below to see what this entails

We will respond promptly and will Smash the price so you enjoy an even greater bargain.

Of course the item we are pricing against must be brand new, as opposed to factory-reconditioned, soiled or demo models. Features, accessories, warranties, brand, model and colour must be the same.

The seller offering the lower price must have the item in stock, and the seller must be a reputable establishment, and subject to the laws of Australia (i.e. be an Australian site to ensure you are protected by Australian consumer protection legislation). We retain the sole discretion as to who is and is not reputable. Our decision will be reasonable based on factors which include whether the competitor has an Australian phone number, address and ABN, and whether their products are located in Australia or shipped in from overseas when ordered.

This offer does not apply to auction sites and quantity discounts. This offer will only consider the price you would have to pay on our competitors website and NOT nett of Cash Back offers - as in most cases it takes months to get the cash back.

If we are comparing to an online retailer we will need to include shipping charges, as some online retailers raise their shipping charges to compensate for their lower priced items. If we are comparing to a bricks-and-mortar store we will Price Smash our price not including delivery charges, as there would still be a time and travel cost to you to go to the store, which may be more or less than our delivery charges.

If your comparison is prior to purchase we will discount the amount you pay by the amount of the Price Smash. If the comparison is after your purchase, we will provide a Gift Coupon to the value of the Price Smash.

Price Smashes after your purchase only apply if the price at the competitor was lower at the time of your purchase. So if the competitor goes on sale after you purchase, or their sale ends prior to your purchase, then the Price Smash offer does not apply.

This offer does not apply to lower prices being offered on our own site due to price reductions or sale discounts which are given from time to time. This offer does not apply to ’24 hour type’ promotions (for example, where an item is discounted for 24 hours only) including our own Daily Slam Dunk promotions.

This Price Smash Policy is subject to change without notice, but any changes will always be published on this page.

If you are a New Zealand based customer, the competitor whose prices we are smashing must be based in New Zealand or if they are based in Australia, they must ship to New Zealand.
